How does direct advertising work?
After you submit the form, I'll confirm within 2 hours and send a Stripe payment link. Once payment is received, your ad code is deployed to all quikcalc.net pages within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with a report showing where your ads are running.
What's the minimum commitment?
No minimum. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime — just email before the next billing cycle and no further charges will be applied.
Who sees these ads?
Active real estate investors using our 128+ free calculators. Average deal size: $150K–$500K+. Mix of fix-and-flip investors, BRRRR strategists, commercial borrowers, and long-term rental investors.
Can I use my own ad design?
Yes. You provide the final 728×90 or 300×250 banner (JPG, PNG, or GIF). I'll advise on specs. Alternatively, I can build a static HTML banner for a flat $50 setup fee.
Do you allow competitor ads?
No. Only one advertiser per product category at a time. Once you purchase a slot, I block direct competitors from that same placement.
What if I want to try it first?
First month is prorated — pay only for the remaining days in the month. This lets you test performance before committing to monthly billing.
How do I pay?
Stripe invoice (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal — whatever is most convenient for you.
